IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL WOMEN'S GROUP. We will be studying the Minor Prophets. While written as a warning, encouragement and a call to repentance primarily to the Israelites, the twelve books commonly called the Minor Prophets have many practical applications and are relevant for Christians today. Their topics include social justice, finding joy in not so joyful circumstances, God's sovereignty, and lessons of hope in times that are difficult and frustrating. Most important of all, however, they are all about Jesus and God's redemptive plan. Meets in Room 133 at The Mount.
IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL WOMEN'S GROUP. We are women who love the Lord and are dedicated to studying His Word. We value true fellowship and want to motivate and encourage one another to live a life that is pleasing to God. Since we are all at different stages in our walk, we have lively discussions and can learn from each other.
IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL CLASSES. Christian faith, like everything else, has a starting point. But the truth is that for many of us there are just too many questions, too much doubt, too much uncertainty for us to clearly understand what it means to have faith. What, we wonder, is the starting point of Christian faith and can that become a starting point for me and my faith? What we need is a conversation with others who are wrestling through the same questions. Joining a Kickstart group will give you an opportunity to meet with others in a small group environment for a guided conversation about faith. Kickstart groups will meet for eight weekly sessions designed to help you better understand the essence of Christian faith. Whether you’re just exploring Christianity, a new Christian or someone who’s decided to come back and give church another chance, Kickstart may be your starting point. We continually form new Kickstart groups, so register anytime.
