Todd began his ministry at Mount Ararat in September 2002 as Pastor for Students. He began as our Senior Pastor in February of 2005. Todd previously was minister of students at Plymouth Park Baptist Church in Irving, TX for 8 years. Todd received his Masters of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX and his Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Todd and his wife, Pam have three daughters.

Greg and his family began their ministry at Mount Ararat in the Summer of 2000. Greg was born and raised in Barnesville, GA and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Valdosta State University. He attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he received a Master of Arts degree in Religious Education. Greg brings over 20 years corporate business experience to his position as Executive Pastor. Greg and his wife, Terri have two daughters and one son.

Juan and his family began their ministry at Mount Ararat during the summer of 1996. Prior to that, they served in ministry at the First Baptist Church of Laurel, MD, for 15 years. Juan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and received his Masters in Religious Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Lousiville, KY. Juan was ordained at the First Baptist Church of Silver Spring, MD, and he enjoys playing his upright bass. Juan and his wife, Rosa have two adult sons.

Zac began his ministry at Mount Ararat in June 2005. He served previously at First Baptist Church in Deer Park, TX. Prior to that, he was the college Ministry Coordinator at Plymouth Park Baptist Church in Irving, TX. Zac is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. He received his MA in Christian Education at Southwestern Baptist theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Zac and his wife, Christen have two daughters.
Matthew McDonald | Pastor for Adult Ministries

Matthew and his family came to Mount Ararat in June 2006. He has served churches located in Georgia, Maryland, and Texas (Love the brisket!!). Matthew holds degrees in Business Management and Religious Education. He is an ardent Atlanta Braves fan and owner of a genuine foam Tomahawk. Matthew and his wife, Julie have three daughters and one son.

Susan began her ministry here at Mount in June 2006. Susan is a native Virginian! She grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia and is so happy to be able to call Stafford home now. Susan has a passion for Children and their families and seeing them come into a growing relationship with Jesus. Susan went to Carson Newman College in East Tennessee and received her Bachelors Degree. Her Seminary experience is at Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. She has served churches in Georgia, Virginia and Florida and is delighted to be serving now at the Mount!
